The Dilpazeer Foundation is registered under The Societies Act 1860.

Founded by its present Director, Safia Dilpazeer, the Centre was officially opened on 19 April 1997 by a delegation from England headed by The Lady Mayor of Newham (the second Pakistani Lady to be elected in England).

Its current premises had been generously donated by its Patrons-in-chief, Mirza Mohammed Dilpazeer and Begum Nazir Mirza, originally to fulfil their dream of establishing a mosque for the poor communities of Pirwadahi. Since then the centre has extended beyond its religious and charitable activities and has established an Education, Vocational Training and Community Development Programme.

Dilpazeer Foundation is made up of a group of professionals to provide services to young and adult children in the field of education, religion and technical training in Metropolitan Rawalpindi.

Dilpazeer Foundation’s mission is to help deprived young and adult children in getting a basic education and training for enhancing their socio-economic status by empowering them to overcome their political, social and economic oppression.

Dilpazeer Foundation is committed to helping people in need.

Dilpazeer Foundation’s Relief effort has been funded by personal and private individual assistance from its members.
Dilpazeer Foundation welcomes donations and assistance to extend its reach to all parts of the country.
